సైబర్ పోలీసింగ్ R&D ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ బ్యూరో@PGF (పీపుల్స్ గవర్నెన్స్ ఫోరమ్) అధ్యక్షులు, JNTUH ప్రాచార్యులు
డాక్టర్ కనగలూరు చంద్ర శేఖరయ్య వార్తా విలేఖరులతో ఇష్టాగోష్టి కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించారు. నేటి సమాజంలో
సైబర్ నేరాలు గురించి మాట్లాడుతూ ఉన్నతస్థాయి విద్యాలయాలలో విద్యాప్రమాణాలు మెరుగుపడాల్సిన
అవసరాన్ని నొక్కి వక్కాణించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా జాతీయశీలం, జాతీయవిలువలును పెంపొందించే దిశలో PGF
ద్వారా చేస్తున్న కృషిని వివరించారు. నేటి ఉన్నత విద్యావ్యవస్థలో మేటి భారత జాతీయవిలువలు మరింతగా
పాదుకొలుపుటకు సైబర్ పోలీసింగ్ పరిశోధనకృషిలో నూతన ఒరవడులతో విజ్ఞానసమాజాన్ని నిర్మించేదిశలో PGF
ముందడుగులు వేస్తుందన్నారు. విద్యార్థులైన నెటిజన్లలో జాతీయశీలం బాగుంటే భారతజాతిని భ్రష్టుపట్టించే
సైబర్ నేరాలను నిర్మూలించే సత్తా వారిలో మెండుగా, నిండుగా ఉంటుందని వారు స్వచ్ఛంద, స్వచ్ఛ జాతీయ
సైబర్ పోలీసింగ్ యోధులుగా తయారైనట్లేనని సైబర్ పోలీసింగ్ పరిశోధన బృందసభ్యులు స్నేహలత,
మాలతివినోద్, ఇందుశ్రీజ, రవికుమార్, డాక్టర్ రాధాకృష్ణ, డాక్టర్ రమేష్ బాబు, డాక్టర్ శ్రీహరిరావు అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
PAIRS ఫౌండేషన్ అనుసంధానితంగా పీపుల్స్ గవర్నెన్స్ ఫోరమ్ త్వరలో జాతీయ సదస్సును నిర్వహించ
తలపెట్టిందని వీరు తెలిపారు.
JNTUH పాలనా విశేషాలను ఈ సందర్భంగా పీపుల్స్ గవర్నెన్స్ ఫోరమ్ వార్తా విలేఖరులతో పంచుకొంది.
JNTUHలో అధికారులు చేసిన బదిలీలను చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా వారే రద్దు చేసే అక్రమపోకడలకు ప్రయత్నించడంను
గర్హించారు. కొంతమంది బదిలీలను అలా చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా JNTUH అధికారులు రద్దు చేసి , తత్కారణంగా హైకోర్ట్ సరిదిద్దుడు ఉత్తర్వులిస్తే, JNTUH
అప్పీలుకు వెళ్లగా హైకోర్టు డివిజన్ బెంచ్ అప్పీలును డిస్మిస్(రద్దు) చేసిందని , హైకోర్ట్ తీర్పును అమలుపరచడంలో
కాలయాపన చేయడం సరికాదన్నారు. అధికారులు చేసిన బదిలీని తన జాయినింగ్ రిపోర్ట్ తదనంతరం తదనుగుణంగా వారే అమలుపరిచి తనను JNTU అఫిలియేటెడ్ కాలేజెస్ లో బిఓఎస్ విధులకు నియమించారని ఇలాంటి కారణాల వలన బదిలీఉత్తరువులను హైకోర్టు సమర్ధిస్తూ బదిలీరద్దు ఉత్తరువులను రద్దు చేస్తూ మధ్యంతర ఉత్తరువులను ఇచ్చిందని హైకోర్టు మధ్యంతర ఉత్తరువులను JNTUH అధికారులు అమలుపరచక నిర్లక్ష్యం వహిస్తున్నారని వాపోయారు.
హైకోర్టు ధిక్కరణ మార్గం సరికాదన్నారు. ఇలాంటి ఉదాహరణలతో తప్పుడు
సంకేతాలకు తెర తీస్తున్నట్లు ఉందని తెలిపారు. విశ్యవిద్యాలయాధికారులు ఇలా చట్టవిరుద్ధ పాలనా చర్యలలో
నిమగ్నమైతే అది విద్యార్థుల ప్రగతి తిరోగమనమయ్యేట్లు ప్రతిబింబిస్తుంది కదా. ఇలాంటి పరిపాలనా దోషాలను
వెంటనే సరిదిద్దుకోవాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. విద్యాలయాలలో విజ్ఞానవీచికలే సమాజ ప్రగతిసూచికలని ఈ సందర్భంగా
JNTUH ప్రాచార్యులు డాక్టర్ కనగలూరుచంద్ర శేఖరయ్య నొక్కి వక్కాణించారు. PAIRS ఫౌండేషన్ మరియు
విద్య, వైజ్ఞానిక, సాంకేతిక సంస్థానం లతో అనుసంధానితంగా విశిష్ట ఇంజనీర్, విశిష్ట పరిశోధక, ఫెలోషిప్ అవార్డులను
విడుదల చేశారు.

Dr.K.Chandra Sekharaiah, Professor in JNTUH and Chief of Cyberpolicing R&D
Intelligence Bureau@PGF had a tete-a-tete with the press reporters today.
Talking about PGF-remedial Cyberpolicing w.r.t. Cybercrimes, he emphasized
the need for betterment of pedagogical standards in higher educational
institutions. He highlighted the innovations by the PGF research leads of
national virtues development and national values by building a knowledge
society of cyberpolicing stakeholders of all levels. As long as national
virtues are inculcated among the student Netizens, they become
torchbearers of cyberpolicing the India-abusive cybercrimes. PGF is
endeavoring for a national seminar on cybersecurity soon by networking with
PAIRS Foundation.
In this context, PGF shared the recent experiences w.r.t. the JNTUH
administration. The JNTUH authorities issued a transfer cancellation order
illegally erratically arbitrarily so badly that the Honorable High Court
issued corrective directions. However, the JNTUH authorities resorted to
reluctantly appeal in the high court and faced dismissal by the honorable
court. The university authorities are dillydallying w.r.t. honoring the
interim direction of the High Court. The teacher researcher representatives
in JNTUH alerted that it is not good for the administration to tread on the
path of court contempt. This gives wrong signals to academics. While the
students study Constitution of India as a subject, the JNTUH authorities are
aberrantly posing as if they are above law and the constitution.
In this context, Prof.K.Chandra Sekharaiah opined that the development of a
society is reflected by the academic values held in its educational
institutions. Further, in conjunction with the PAIRS Foundation,
Hyderabad, PGF released the distinguished engineer, distinguished
researcher, fellowship awards.
