Epilepsy Stimulation

Previous experimental studies have suggested stimulation may be useful for prematurely terminating seizures. However the success is varied and the mechanisms for this are unclear. I have demonstrated, in a computational model, what may cause the varied success [1] and how to overcome this with an optimal stimulation protocol [2].
