Computational models allow the simulation of variables exhibiting properties which can change in space and time. Until recently many computational models were not developed to primarily investigate the spatial properties of seizures, instead focussing on the temporal aspects. I have developed models which have parameters that are constrained by data, directly derived from patient recordings. The models are then validated against recordings from another modality.
