Complex Networks

Complex networks are everywhere. From toxic microscopic biochemical reaction networks to macroscopic brain networks there are opportunities to understand them using mathematical approaches from graph theory. I have investigated questions raised by spatial scale in healthy brain networks, and factors driving network change in epilepsy patients, amongst others.
