This routine is great for those at home with a few pieces of fitness equipment laying around in the basement or resistance bands left over from physical therapy appointments, yoga or ballet. This minimal equipment routine is also perfectly suited for beginners who want to try a traditional workout without the hassle of researching one or heading to a gym! All of the coaching tips on the side of each exercise explain the proper form and movement pattern in a simply worded manner. If there are any questions on form or how to do an exercise, check out the 'How To' highlight of @githefuturept on Instagram and the IGTV 'Introduction to Equipment' for some more "how to's" with your home equipment.

Exercise demonstrations are being continuously added to the Instagram page as well as workout routines so keep an eye out as some of the common movements here may be featured in another workout!
Click the workout to the left and get your equipment ready for a fun total body workout. If you have just a couple pieces of home exercise equipment you will be all set. For this workout you will need:
A swiss exercise ball (the exercise can be completed on the floor or mat but the ball challenges proprioception and balance). Stretches with the ball can be substituted with a latissimus dorsi stretch on a block.
A light set of dumbbells (or improvise with canned goods or other weights around the house)
Rubber tubing - the one used has handles and can be found at various retailers. Standing 'cable' chest press can be replaced with a floor press if needed.
