I am excited to be offering personal training services to those interested that are budget friendly. I will be available for virtual training sessions currently as this is how our world is as well as I can offer a training plan to go along with virtual sessions or if you would simply just like a training plan after a consultation I can work with that as well.

If you have any questions or would like to contact me about payment methods or figuring out a plan that will work best for you do not hesitate. I want to be accommodating to every budget and let you know that personal training should be accessible to everyone.
One on One Sessions are exactly how they sound (at the moment) a virtual session where I lead you through your workout of the day, answer questions, provide feed back and do everything a personal trainer would do in person minus the high fives, but don't worry virtual high fives will go a long way!
If you choose a training plan, what you are getting is a free consultation with me and a custom training plan that not only aligns with your goals, but fits your time-frame, intensity and has exercises that you will genuinely enjoy. If you enjoy exercising but have not been able to make your own plan or follow online guides then this is for you! A customized training plan will be easy to follow by yourself and I will be right here if you have any questions. If you want a one-on - one session at any point or even need some clarification on something I will be available to you in that format as well. Definitely the route for a do-it-yourself sort of person that just needs a little bit of a roadmap.
If you want to add a few sessions to your training plan at any point we can work that out in the consultation as well as I will include check-ins with you so we can keep reaching your goals.
