Personal Training by Gi- new look, new site new procedures- please read!

Hello to all of my followers, guests and those just checking out the site for the first time! If you do not already, please check out my social media pages: @githefuturept on Instagram and TikTok and Personal Training by Gi on Facebook, all are linked on LinkTree. Besides that you may notice that my website has been undergoing some updates and modifications, this is due to Personal Training by Gi starting on the road to having a more official business page and using the Google business site. What does this mean for you? Well I will explain- you will have easier access to all of the products and services that I provide as a Certified Personal Trainer, you can search up Personal Training by Gi on Google and book a consultation or service (pretty cool am I right?!) and business matters will be more organized and official.

Some FAQ about this process:

Will I still be able to access your free workouts and download them?
- Yes absolutely, between both websites each has a link to navigate so if you are on the business site it will bring you here and on the linktree or this site you can head on over to the 'Do It Yourself' tab just like always.
How can I book?
- Down below you will see the January update and link to the business page where you can click 'Book' and you will be asked to fill out a short form for me!
Will the site ever go down?
- At the moment, no. this site has so much work and time put into it and I have a ton of free resources available for your use as well as it is easy to navigate. Until things get more official and I can add more to the business side of things, then this is where you will find all of the workouts, blog posts and anything else you'd want to know about githefuturept
I just came back and explored the page- what are your rates?
- I am so glad you asked! I have updated that page as well so head on over to the drop down under 'Personal Training' and you will see the rates laid out for you, Please mind that these are reflective of discounted virtual training and I have tried to make my services accessible to all- but do keep in mind that I have invested a lot into myself and this industry to be able to provide an accessible yet quality service to all of my clients.

Update- January 2021

Hi Everyone,

Exciting news! Personal Training by Gi is heading over to Google and their business platform!

What does this mean, you may ask?- Well, I will have a business email along with a more professional website with even greater resources and tools to provide better services for my clients, followers and even people passing by on the internet.

But where will the original site go? I want to keep looking at the exercises- Have no fear, the original Personal Training by Gi and @githefuturept resources will continually be available to you and they will even be linked on the new website so everything will be in one place. I want to provide the best services to my community and by maintaining the blog-type website and my exercise library here, but also having business resources I can have the best of both worlds without giving any of you any extra hassle.

Can I go visit?- Absolutely positively, I thought you would never ask friend! The website and business end still need some updating as I have become very used to the google site tools and if you know me- I am not quite the tech savvy math gal at the moment but we will get there.

Hi Everyone,

I am so glad that you are here and are spending your time exploring my page. Some updates for December- if you have been following along on my instagram page which is where I am most active you know that I have been doing a series of 'Tea Talks' which are little episodes of me talking to you guys about various topics in the personal training world. I have done things on home workouts, what a trainer does and how to set goals in a pandemic. The upcoming episodes will feature motivation, specific goals, approaching a trainer and finding workouts that you enjoy. I have a few other videos posted and another home workout for you to check out. On my Instagram TV I have these episodes as well as the 'Introduction to Equipment' video which is a great summary of items you may see listed in my Do It Yourself' workouts and maybe some items you may wish to invest in. I have room to make training plans and routines as well as some time to do some Zoom workouts if you are interested. Please feel free to reach out regarding trials and pricing. I believe that everyone should have access to a certified personal trainer and that is what I am here for so please reach out and we can work something out for you!
