1. We recommend that each student's name be placed discreetly in permanent marker in his/her costumes, shoes, accessories and tights.

2. A garment bag is an easy way to keep everything together.

• To ensure that there are no costume problems, students should not wear their costumes, accessories, or tights prior to recital photos, dress rehearsal, or the recital.

• To release wrinkles in your ballet tutus, hang them upside down on a hanger in the bathroom and immerse them with steam from the shower.

Dancers must purchase nude/flesh toned bras and panties to wear under costumes if needed. No colorful undergarments may be showing.  Bras should have clear straps. You can purchase nude colored bras and/or panties from any dance retailer or local clothing store (Target, JCPenny, Walmart).
