Hello, and welcome to my portfolio! My name is Erin Pechin. I am a Senior English Major concentrating in Creative Writing with a Business Minor at Longwood University. I am currently completing The Authors Reading Series where I help plan events, market the events, and write about them, and A Common Place, where I'm the poetry editor. I have experienced many writing workshops so far in my college career, I have helped edit the literary journal on my campus, and I have held leadership roles in several organizations. I have first-hand experience in editing and revising different pieces of literary work, and gained many technical and creative writing skills. I have worked in jobs that have taught me communication skills, organizational skills, and professionalism. One day, I hope to edit manuscripts, publish a collection of my own, and run my own cat cafe.
