The conference will be held in the Sister Jean multipurpose room in the Damen Student center. Named for the long-serving chaplain of the men's basketball team, the poster sessions and all talks will be in the North and South rooms on the 2nd floor.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements for ALL conference attendees and guests
Effective Monday, April 11, all campus visitors—including students, faculty, staff, guests, volunteers, and vendors—ages five and older must provide proof that they are up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This means a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series COVID-19 vaccine and booster doses when eligible.
Campus visitors who are not up to date on vaccinations must display proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within no more than 48 hours of an event to enter. At this time, PCR and rapid antigen tests will be accepted.
Visitors/guests should display their vaccination status via the CLEAR Health Pass application upon arrival to an event. Students, faculty, and staff must continue to display the Loyola Health function of the Loyola mobile app before entering. Anyone not in compliance with the vaccine mandate or required testing will be denied entry.
Host or event organizers are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with the University's health and safety guidelines, including monitoring for vaccine records and test results. Guidelines are available through Campus Reservations.
