3rd Grade Dribbling Student SampleThird grade students developing their ball control, ball handling, and dribbling skills while playing OPEN's Knuckle Collectors activity. Students worked to control their body and basketball in order to safely give their classmates knuckle bumps while dribbling.
These lessons are modified OPEN Loopy Laps lessons meant for my in-person learning classes in an outdoor setting. Our Loopy Laps Unit focused on learning more about daily physically activity and why it is good for our bodies and minds Students were introduced and worked on the 5 components of fitness. They were also introduced to measuring heart rate in this unit.
