A total per routine will be determined after routines have been assigned (i.e. prop fees, costume fees, shoes, jewelry, etc.). 

Costume fees could range from $125-$200 per dancer per routine. 

Costume fees are billed and due upon receipt. No costumes will be given out unless they are paid in full. Any credits or additional charges for costumes are posted to the account as they are accrued. We will do our best to keep costume costs at a minimum, but they do need to be good quality costumes for a competition setting.

Competition fees charged by PDC will include a minimal service charge to help reduce the cost of paperwork, entry forms, instructors, travel fees, etc…

Group Entry Fee (per person, per routine, per competition) - $65-$75 

Solo Entry Fee (per solo, per competition) - $140-$160 

Duet/Trio Entry Fee (per person, per competition) - $75-$100

All dancers must wear some sort of PDC merchandise on stage at awards ceremonies. Should you want studio apparel, or any other items made containing our studio logo or name on your own, you will need permission from Shelby or Spencer to do so.

All dancers must have matching shoes, jewelry, etc.

You are the only person who can decide at what level you can participate in respect to time, energy and finances. We ask that you carefully consider all aspects of what you commit your child to participating in.

By agreeing to have your dancer be on a competition dance team, you agree to follow the policies outlined in this handbook as well as commit to paying for all entry fees for your dancer’s routines for all competitions, workshop fees, convention fees, costumes, choreography fees, tuition, private fees and all fees associated with being on a competition team. All fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and are not negotiable!

All financial matters are to be handled with Mary Kay. Please refrain from discussing financial matters with the instructors, staff members, or other parents. Should you have any financial issues, please speak with us so we are able to figure things out, an open line of communication is greatly appreciated!

Performance Dance Centre will do everything in our power to keep you informed and control costs as much as possible. Once you have made your commitment, please be advised there will be no refunds, credits, prorated amounts, etc… Please consider all information and fees carefully.
