PDC is NOT responsible for the competition schedules. There is a possibility that your dancer may compete on a Friday during school hours.
We post A LOT of information through our studio app, so please make sure that you have that downloaded. All dates, classes, videos, merchandise, weather, etc… are posted on our studio app so it is important to have.
Students, parents, and staff will always maintain sportsman like attitudes…towards other team members, parents, staff, dancers and studios at all times. This includes dancers and staff from other studios, etc. You are representing Performance Dance Centre at any time you are wearing or carrying anything with the PDC logo on it. We will not tolerate poor attitudes or inappropriate conduct at any time. We are not asking that you be best friends with or even like everyone, we are simply asking that you respect one another!
Parents, students, and friends are not allowed inside the dance room for any class they are not participating in. This is distracting to the dancers and staff.
Performance Dance Centre and its staff members must abide by the rules and regulations of any competition we compete in. We will not engage in unfair, illegal, or dishonest practices to better any dancer or team. We believe in fair and honest competition.
Dancers attend Performance Dance Centre at their own risk. PDC is not responsible for injury/sickness, loss or theft at the studio or any premises as part of any PDC performance, competition, or event.
Dancers and their family members are NOT to share any confidential dance team information with anyone outside the studio. This includes, but is not limited to music choices, choreography, policies, information regarding competitions, workshops, or conventions PDC will be attending, written information, etc.
Competition team members and their parent(s) are required to abide by all rules, regulations, policies, etc. of Performance Dance Centre and agree to all things outlined in this Handbook while competing for Performance Dance Centre.
As always, if you have any questions please reach out!
