Test Outline

1. Given a polynomial function, solve for the roots/x-intercepts 

2. Solve a system of equations using the remainder theorem (Similar to p.125 # 14,15)

3. Write a polynomial function given some characteristics or a graph. Then state the interval the function is positive or negative, x-intercepts and their multiplicities, y-intercept, domain and range (Similar to p.149 #10)

4. Given a polynomial function, draw the graph with the correct intercepts and end behaviour (similar to p.149 #8,9)

5. Word problem involving polynomial functions (write the equation and then solve it)

6. Given a graph, state the intercepts with multiplicities, intervals of positive/negative, sign of the leading coefficient and the least degree
