Pima Community College
PCCEA represents full-time faculty members at Pima Community College. We advocate for the faculty during Meet and Confer, our interest-based negotiation process with the administration that addresses compensation and working conditions. We also address individual concerns, assist faculty and administrators in navigating policy, and propose changes to improve it.
You can find our latest reports to the Governing Board and Faculty Senate under Action & News.

Occasionally PCCEA has important, timely information for all faculty we cannot share on work email. If you would like to receive such information and join us in the after-hours, please let us know how to get in touch. Your information will not be shared with any other organizations, and you will not be spammed or bothered about membership. You can also join our discord server.
PCCEA advocates for all faculty, regardless of membership. We all benefit from the working conditions and pay that result from collective advocacy. Please consider becoming a member to support the faculty and students at Pima, teachers in Arizona, and educators nationwide. There is strength in numbers.
Here are some benefits of membership and more details from the Arizona Education Association.
