Social Justice 

The above is a reflection written about the social justice event that was promoting the values of accepting and loving others. The paper was written for my EDU 379: Families and Communities class. The guest speaker was Jose Antonio Vargas. Jose was speaking on the importance of accepting all and why we should love our immigrant friends. This message can easily be implided in the classroom by creating a warm environment were students feel safe and welcome regardless of anything else.  Vargus would like to see more people standing up for immigrants instead of forgetting about them and turning our backs. While people may be different from you, they are still humans that have special abilities! ❤️
