Why Families Choose Part of Your World Home Childcare.
Choosing the right childcare means finding a place where your child feels safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Our program offers a calm, nurturing, and thoughtfully designed environment for young children and their families.
• Small Group Sizes
We follow Ontario Ministry ratios and care for a maximum of five children, allowing for individualized attention, strong relationships, and responsive care.
• Play-Based Learning & Consistent Routines
Children benefit from developmentally appropriate, play-based experiences within predictable daily routines that support confidence and emotional security.
• Community & Real-World Experiences
Learning extends beyond the home through outdoor play, community outings, and age-appropriate experiences that support social development.
• A Nurturing, Home-Like Environment
Our program offers a warm, supportive space where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and grow at their own pace.
• Experienced, Dedicated Provider
Care is led by an experienced provider with a strong background in child development and recently completed the Early Childhood Education program at Mohawk College.
• Clear Structure & Open Communication.
We value consistency, transparency, and long-term partnerships with families who align with our program values.
If our program and hours align with your family’s needs, we welcome you to reach out and connect.
Choosing childcare is an important decision, and the right fit matters for both families and the provider. While we strive to offer high-quality care, our program may not meet every family’s needs, and that’s okay.
• Respect for Our Home & Boundaries
Our program operates out of our private family home. Respectful communication, adherence to contracted hours, and understanding that this is not a public drop-in space are essential.
• Rates & Enrollment Structure
Our rates reflect the quality, consistency, and experience provided and are non-negotiable. Enrollment requires a non-refundable retainer and a pay-before-care structure.
• Availability & Scheduling
Openings are limited and offered to families who best align with our program. Interviews and responses are not guaranteed to be immediate. Provider receives PTO as indicated in the parent handbook.
• Pets in the Home
We are a pet-friendly home with a family dog. If allergies or discomfort around pets are a concern, our program may not be suitable.
• Interview Process
Virtual interviews are offered first. Outdoor meet-and-greets take place after enrollment. Interview cancellations require advance notice; missed appointments may affect future scheduling.
• Long-Term Care Focus
We prioritize families seeking long-term care through Junior Kindergarten. Short-term, temporary, or shared-care arrangements are generally not a fit.
• Trust & Partnership
A strong provider–family relationship is built on trust. Families must feel comfortable with the provider’s routines, experience, and caregiving approach without needing monitoring or supervision.
We understand our program will not be the right match for every family. Taking the time to ensure alignment from the start helps create a positive, respectful experience for the child, family, and provider.
Community Guidance
The provider is always happy to lend a hand when it comes to supporting other providers. Whether it's brainstorming ideas for paperwork or offering suggestions to enhance their documentation. The provider believes in collaboration and sharing knowledge within the childcare community.
However, there's one thing they don't do: They don't hand out their comprehensive handbook or contract documents to providers. The handbook represents a significant investment of time and effort, detailing policies, procedures, and philosophy. But, please, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any childcare-related questions!
The provider is always willing to share their experience and insights to help others navigate the world of early childhood education.
Think of them as a resource – always here if you need a little guidance.
