Life was Once so Colorful

Prior to the Coronavirus my life was full of color. I had motivation for my daily routine such as activities, schoolwork and time with friends. I was able to enjoy the constant fast motion of Manhattan. The world and specifically Manhattan were so colorful and vibrant. I always loved the feeling of being one in millions of people who strolled through the city. I loved the rush and excitement that took place on every block and subway station. It was never a dull moment.

Today my lively picture of New York City has turned to black and white. I feel that there is such little spirit in quarantine. We are forced to stay in our homes with very little to no contact with others outside of our immediate family. I miss feeling a part of a larger community. I miss my active routine. I miss my intense motivation that I once had.
