Observe

Everyone likes to look at something. Some people look to learn, some to distract themselves and escape the world around them, and some to feel good. In class, the perspective of a bird’s-eye view was brought up and the first thing I thought of when learning about it was a scene like this. To be looking at this kind of view constantly like a bird is mesmerizing. Birds flying in the sky can be watching people in different settings, they can stop at any moment and observe a specific person and learn about them, or they could just be looking at the view around them. They can fly away and look at things from a different perspective or observe a whole new scene. To me, this picture shows a kind of bird that just likes to observe the world around them and takes in what the world has to offer. In this picture you can see the cars on the bridge driving by, you can see the tall buildings in the distance, and you can see the mass of trees that is spread throughout the photo. This reminds me of a time where you were able to go out and see the world around you and not be cooped up in your house. Looking at this picture is just a small escape to help me feel inspired and a reminder of something to look forward to when this is all over.
