The Lock from Paris

As you can see above, I have a transparent Supreme padlock. Engraved on the front (and on the key all though not visible) is the logo Supreme. Thanks to the transparency, we can see what is going on inside the key and how it works. Let me explain from what I’ve seen. First look at the bottom right and look at those six locking mechanisms. As you push the key more in, those springs move to the right. Once you get all the way up and the key is all the way in, you can turn it and the locking bar will slide back, unlocking the shackle. To lock it again, you simply just pop it back into place and lock it. This image presents the unexpected beauty of the everyday. Imagine just walking by a random gate or fence and seeing this lock on it. It would make whatever view you are seeing so much better, with just a small logo. The vibrant colors you see on my computer of the Vineyard Vines whale and keyboard cover make this image so much more lively and is the kind of small unexpected details you only see once looking at it five or six times.
