Applications are now open!
** Please note that you can still be a member of the club without joining the competitive team. Depending on the competitions we attend, we may adjust the number of team members and alternates. Throughout the year, officers will use performance and dedication to adjust team selections for each competition. **
Team members and alternates will have to fill out contracts and pay club dues ($35) after the selection process.
General Members will have to also fill out contracts and pay club dues ($20) after the selection process.
Club dues will go toward, but not limited to: outreach events, club t-shirts, transportation, etc.
Fill out the membership interest form sent to your school gmail account.
Future email updates will be sent for the following:

Membership Contract Form
Like last year, we will be allowing aspiring candidates to choose potential events prior to final team selections. You will only be given access to this form via gmail after you have filled out the club interest form.
Note: We will assign events to a team member we feel is qualified to compete in that event. Although we will try our best to accommodate your interests, it is not guaranteed that you will get all three of your selected events.
You may see chart summaries of the different events already chosen in case you would like to review your selections and try out for events that are less competitive (make edits).
After final team selections, each event will have 2 team members and up to 3 shadow alternates. Each team member will have 2/3/4 events depending on circumstances.
Review event descriptions and requirements here.
Interviews will also take place the first month of school.
Each individual will be allotted 10 minutes.
You will be taking a 60-minute entrance exam the first month of school based on the 3 events you choose.
More details will be emailed to you as the date approaches.
It is HIGHLY recommended to prepare and study for this exam!
Feel free to study over the summer, make study guides (you will need it for the entire competitive season), or test building designs. There are no trick questions: all questions can be answered if you use resources online and prepare well.
Cheating will result in immediate disqualification.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to parhighscioly@gmail.com or your 2021-22 officers!
