For this event, we encouraged students to participate in different anti-stress tactics for 12 days to help them find out what works best for them. One of the leading causes of panic attacks is long periods of stress, so it was important for us to provide various tactics to encourage students to find ways to cope with stress healthily. Everyone adapts to situations and copes accordingly in a different way. As a result, it is not beneficial to use one technique only. The 12-Days of Anti-Stress program is meant to promote this simple fact by displaying creative, inspirational, personal, and health-based methods.
