LEADERSHIP

ASST. DEN LEADER – Ashley Sandoval | asandoval1695@yahoo.com
The Webelos 2 works toward earning his Bobcat rank (if not earned the previous year) and then his Arrow of Light (AOL) Rank badge with his den or family. Each Webelos 2 must complete four core Webelos adventures and one of the Webelos elective adventures to receive his Webelos Rank badge. Webelos 2 (pronounced “WEE-buh-los”, means WE’ll BE LOyal Scouts) is the last eight months of an approximately twenty month program which teaches Cub Scouts about Boy Scouting and begins to prepare them to successfully bridge into a Boy Scout Troop. Webelos are gradually given more control, decision-making power, and responsibility as they progress in skills, ability and maturity.
After completion of each core adventure the scout will be awarded with a Webelos Adventure Pin which is to be worn on his Webelos colors or Webelos hat. Completion of the elective adventures earns the Scout an adventure pin also.
Meetings Our den meetings are held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church @ 6:30 pm on Monday. Look at the Pack Calendar on the web site.
Our Goals A family, home, and community-centered program that encourages ethical decision-making skills.
Summary The boys will learn more about staying healthy, knowing their home and community, tools for fixing and building, cooking healthy, being safe, making good choices, and much more.
