New Scouts

• Scout Registration Form

• Completed Medical Form

• Completed Parent Talent Survey

• $72 Registration Fee (prorated depending on what month you join) plus $25 New Scout Fee

• $12 Boys Life Subscription Fee (Optional)

• $15 for Class B Tee shirt

Parents

• Parent Registration Form

• Completed Medical Form

• Completed Parent Talent Survey

• $45 Registration Fee (prorated depending on what month you join)

• $15 for Class B Tee shirt (optional but advised helpful for all family members to have one)

NOTE: Fees can be paid by Cash, Check, or Credit Card. Please make checks payable to “PACK 558”

Help Out

Ask the Cubmaster and Den Leader how you can be of help in the year ahead. We always have something to be done and every bit helps us to be more successful.

Uniform Check

• Are all required patches and current ranks sewn on neatly?

• Does your son have Non Uniform Patches sewn on? Please Remove!

• Does my son have all parts of his Class A and Class B uniform?

• Does his uniform still fit properly?

• Is his uniform in good condition?

• Have you purchased his new Neckerchief, Slide, and Handbook? (this applies to new Scouts only - Returning scouts are given these items when the previous year's rank is awarded)
