Bhaghevonth Kutam Vado of MCA-EC Inc is a volunteer-based, 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization and inclusive community-driven initiative dedicated to nurturing the Mangalorean community in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Comprised of passionate individuals and families, our volunteer-based organization is united by a shared vision of fostering fellowship and facilitating the growth and cohesion of the Mangalorean diaspora. At the heart of our organization's mission is the celebration of Catholic faith and tradition through a variety of fellowship events. These events provide opportunities for spiritual nourishment, communal worship, and the strengthening of religious bonds among members. Beyond religious activities, our organization actively engages in community services and charitable programs. By organizing initiatives such as volunteering at local shelters, conducting food drives, and fundraising for charitable causes, our group embodies the values of compassion, empathy, and service to others.

Moreover, our organization places a strong emphasis on children's development, recognizing the importance of cultivating a sense of identity and heritage among younger generations. The earlier you arrive and settle in, the sooner we can kick off the exciting festivities we have planned for you. There is ample parking at the Exton Hotel parking lot.

Behind the scenes, our dedicated performers are spending countless hours perfecting their acts. The venue team is crafting magical Christmas décor, and our food committee is putting together a finger-lickin’ good menu! With the evening hosted by our dynamic Emcee, Vinita Pereira, we promise a fun-filled, festive, and memorable celebration.

 Important Reminder for Parents

If your children are 12 and under, please remember to bring their Santa gift, with their full name clearly written on the package.
Santa and Mrs. Santa have already set sail from the North Pole and will be arriving on time to shower our little ones with love, candy, and gifts. Children will also have the chance to take a photo with Santa when receiving their presents.

 Bar & Drinks

The venue will host a FULL cash bar for alcoholic beverages — please remember to bring cash for your bar purchases.
Soft drinks and soda are included with your tickets.
