OSSWF is dedicated to three standards:
To do whatever it takes to ethically, morally, and legally provide to our patients with the highest quality of orthopedic/musculoskeletal care at reasonable costs
Accentuate the health, spiritual, and family lives of our physicians and staff in a collegial environment
To economically prosper as a group practice, thereby providing our staff with wages and benefits that are comparable or superior to other doing similar work within the region
Quality of care is always our primary concern.
The patient’s best interest always comes first.
We work together for the patient.
We acknowledge that each of us plays an important role in the company’s success.
Cultivate a culture of teamwork, honesty and integrity within the organization.
Treat everyone with courtesy, politeness, and respect.
Orthopedic medicine is a branch of medicine concerned with the functioning of the musculoskeletal system. Specialists in this field are familiar with conditions which affect:
Bones
Joints
Tendons
Ligaments
Muscles
Essentially, orthopedic medicine is like the medicine of moving parts. In the preventative realm, orthopedics focuses on teaching people how to move safely and properly. Athletes, hard laborers, and other people who strain their bodies on a regular basis often take advantage of an orthopedic physician to prevent serious injuries on the job. Preventative measures can range from specific stretches to the use of braces and other support which are designed to prevent injury.

Microsoft Teams
For Instant Messaging, we use Microsoft Teams. Microsoft teams allows you to communicate quickly with someone available. You can also use it to set status message's. For instance if you are busy or will be away. If you are sitting at another workstation, you can also set a custom message to appear when someone attempts to message you. If this is not already on your computer, you may open Chrome and download Microsoft teams by Clicking the button below. Once downloaded, open the downloaded file and begin the installation. Follow the prompts and add the info given to you and continue through the screens. If an error pops up, dismiss/exit out of it. It should finish and bring up teams where you can begin using.
Outlook
For Email, we use Outlook. If you don't see outlook, you can use the search at the bottom of your screen and type Outlook. Outlook 2016 should appear. After you click on it and follow the prompts to sign in, you can pin it.
Phone List found on Desktop
You may also choose to call someone at their extension. Conveniently, we have a phone list added to everyone's computer on their desktop. The phone list is broken down by dept. If a Dr. is in clinic and you need to reach someone from that team, go to the "POD and Clinic Lines" section this will be the number they should be answering during clinic.
Maintenance requests are submitted via Email: Maintenance@osswf.com. This sends a message to Isaac our onsite Maintenance and Grounds Professional. If there is an emergency (Plumbing, Fire, Etc), please first alert your supervisor or someone in management. If Isaac is out of the office, you may contact your supervisor regarding an emergency.
IT requests are can be submitted preferably via the ticketing system as this will give our IT a computer name and some screenshots, otherwise, you can also submit a request via email: support@elevatusit.com, See below for instructions for ticketing system.
