Old South Haven Presbyterian Church is located at 329 South Country Road, Brookhaven Hamlet, Long Island, NY, at the intersection with Beaverdam Road (and across Beaverdam Road from the Bellport High School), one mile east of the Village of Bellport.  The entrance to the parking lot is off Beaverdam Road.
