The Old South Haven Presbyterian Church Cemetery is a historic burial ground in the hamlet of South Haven, Long Island, New York, established around 1740. Located south of Montauk Highway, the cemetery was the original resting place for the congregation's members. The 1828 church structure was moved in Dec. 1959 to the hamlet of Brookhaven. The original South Haven site is marked with a New York State historical marker. Portions of the cemetery have become overgrown and some headstones have deteriorated or been vandalized.
