Chapter 16 focuses on the processes of organization design and development. The intervention categories frequently used to affect organization design and development fall into three areas: empowerment, organizational pro-action, and organizational vales (Van Tiem, Moseley, & Dessinger, 2012, p. 374). You have taken a new position with an organization that is lacking in organization design and development. Your first task is to initiate implementation of one of the three areas that will create positive change within the organization, which one of the three do you feel is the most important and why?
