Alternate Blue Ring Route
This is an alternate way to run the Blue Ring route. The advantage here is that you skip some of the harder Tectite screens that cause you to go low on life on the way to Level 1. You also get one less heart as you skip the raft heart in order to save some time. You are still able to get the Magic Sword at the appropriate time though. Overworld MapGet the Wooden Sword out of the cave on the starting screenMake your way to Level 2After leaving Level 2, get the 30 SECRET right and up of 2Get the HEART CONTAINER up and left of the 30 secret by bombing the rockGet the 30 SECRET right of the heart by bombing the rockGet the 100 SECRET north of the dead treeGet the WHITE SWORD from the cave over the waterfall (enter the screen, exit and reenter in order to get a favorable spawn for the Lynel that is on the screen)Enter Level 1After leaving Level 1, get the 30 SECRET north of startBuy the BLUE CANDLE on the screen east of the secretEnter Level 3After leaving Level 3, get the 100 SECRET 1W/1N/1W of Level 3Buy the BLUE RINGEnter Level 4After leaving level 4, go east and get the HEART CONTAINER south of Level 1Get the 30 SECRET east of the HeartGet the 100 SECRET north of the coast heartGo south of the 100 secret and bomb the cave to grab a RED POTIONRun along the coast and head north when you can and collect the HEART CONTAINER on the ladder on the way by itMake your way to Level 5After leaving Level 5, use the Recorder to warp to Level 3Buy MEAT from the blue ring shop and ARROWS from the shop on the screen belowEnter Level 7After leaving Level 7, either screen scroll to the graveyard or head to the lost woods and once there go North, West, South, WestCollect the MAGIC SWORD from the old man at the graveEnter Level 6After leaving Level 6, use the Recorder to warp to Level 2Enter Level 8After leaving Level 8, use the Recorder to warp to Level 1Enter Level 9Questions or comments?
