ENVIROMENTAL EDUCATION WITH A FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY

Our school wide goal is to understand that if our land is healthy, we are healthy. To do this we have the whole school approach where we work together and take action to have a sustainable environment around us. We work closely with DOC and Horizons to accomplish tasks.

Activities include:

· Planting native fauna

· Blue duck protection

· Wetlands development

· Stoat trapping

· Gardening

· Greenhouse
