REYES ADOBE DAYS
Students helped run various stations, such as lines for activites, washing clothes, and art projects, at the City of Agoura Hill's annual Reyes Adobe Days.
ADELANTE COMMUNIDAD
HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL
Students volunteered their time at the Adelante Communidad Food Bank, Saturday Market, and Stocking Stuffer Project.
Students helped facilitate a fun and festive Halloween environment by helping out with games and line control.
SURFRIDER FOUNDATION EVENTS
PORT HUENEME DUNE RESTORATION ORMOND BEACH & WETLANDS CLEANUP
Partnering with the Surfrider Foundation OPHS Club, students aided in a Dune Restoration at the local Ormond Beach, where plants were installed to aid in strengthening the dunes, and trash was collected.
Further, students were taught how to identify and remove invasive species. as well as learned how they affect our environment. At one event, several students were given complimentary T-Shirts via the Surfrider Foundation's Climate Action Program
Partnering with the Surfrider Foundation OPHS Club, students aided in a beach cleanup at the local Ormond Beach, where over 1500+ pounds of trash were picked up in less than 2 hours. This area is especially prone to pollution due to the large unhoused population and frequent rains that carry trash down stream.
Although this event was cancelled in semester 1 and another time in semester 2, we thank everyone who attended and Surfrider Foundation Ventura County for hosting!
MONTHLY OFG WORKDAY
Partnering with the Surfrider Foundation OPHS Club, students aided in an educational workday to help transform the Loma Vista Elementary School garden into a Surfrider certified Ocean Friendly Garden!
SPREAD LOVE CLUB CARD DRIVE
RAYS OF HOPE FOOD DRIVE
HEART CLUB TOY DRIVE
In collaboration with the Spread Love Club, students donated over 450 cards to aid Many Mansions in sending food and welcoming home low-income families.
In collaboration with the Rays of Hope Club, students donated food and toiletries to be sent to the Manna Food Bank to aid those in need.
In collaboration with the Heart Club, we hosted a toy drive, where students donated over 120+ toys to be sent to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
PARCORD MAKING
INVASIVE SPECIES REMOVAL EVENT
NHS partnered with Interact Club in December to make paracord bracelets to benefit Operation Gratitude!
In collaboration with the Rancho Simi Recreation and Parks District, we hosted 4 events across weekends in February and March to aid in invasive species removal!
HOSPICE OF THE CONEJO - TREE OF LIFE FUNDRAISER
NHS students served in various shifts to help spread the word about Hospice of the Conejo's mission, helping to greet visitors and ensure the tree and ornaments remain secure. The Tree of Life stands as a heartfelt symbol of love and remembrance, with golden star ornaments honoring loved ones from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve.
VCRCD RESTORATION DAYS
Over the course of 3 months, the same group of dedicated NHS students returned to a patch of OPHS lawn to help with planting. The Ventura County Resource Conservation District took the time to guide these events and provide hands-on restoration experience and mentorship from professionals in the environmental field to our students!

INTERACT CLUB SPANISH BOOK DRIVE
CLF CLUB PLASTIC COLLECTION DRIVE
NHS Students across two different parks in Oak Park restored benches and performed various forms of upkeep to ensure the enjoyment of the spaces for the next year!
Partnering with the Interact Club, students donated over 50 books over the course of one week to benefit local libraries throughout Ventura County!
Partnering with the Climate Leaders Fellowship and Surfrider Foundation OPHS Clubs, 140 NHS students donated over 700 plastic bags, totaling around 50 pounds to be repurposed into furniture by the NexTrex foundation.
