You need 3 events (1 has to be an in-person event) and 4 in-person hours per semester. 

Make Sure you pick up a waiver for ALL in-person events in H-14 at SUPPORT. 

 The HARD COPY of this form needs to be returned to H-14 on the given date. 

Failure to complete this step will result in your hours not being counted.
