NHS x Tri-M Concert Grams

Description: selling concert grams to benefit OPIMA (would use GoFan and cash box for money)

Hours/credit:

(For Tri-M only) Concert gram booth:

1 concert night = 6 hours

1/2 concert night = 3 hours

20 prepared grams = 1 hour

If you sell over 50 grams during your shift (and for every 25 sold after that), you will receive an additional hour. 

(For NHS): one in-person credit per shift (full concert = 2 event credits)

Shifts/Time:

Volunteer spots are first come, first serve. Please do not select a date in which you are playing.

Concert days are 4/21, 4/22, and 4/23. 

Prep/Setup shift: Lunch on the day of the concert in B1

Shift 1: includes pre-concert and does not include intermission (6:15-7:45, subject to fluctuations) @ Pavilion wings next to concessions

Shift 2: includes intermission, 3 hours (7:30-9:15, subject to fluctuations)

[Full concert: includes both pre-concert and intermission] @ Pavilion wings next to concessions

You must stay for the entirety of the time you indicated unless you contact one of our officers prior to the event notifying us of special circumstances preventing you from doing so. 

(For Tri-M members) It will count as an unexcused absence if you do not!
