Start a Chapter

Thank you for your interest in starting an Operation Smile Chapter! Our chapters help us to spread our impact to patients across many different hospitals, they are the reason that Operation Smile can run. 

Application Steps:

1. View the "Chapter Resources" tab and align with the expectations

2. Discuss starting a chapter with the head of your school

3. Fill out the Application Form 

4. Wait up to 10 business days for a response

5. Attend Zoom meeting to discuss your Operation Smile Chapter with Operation Smile HQ 

6. That's it!
