Thank you for your interest in partnering with Operation Smile. There are two ways to partner with us ; either as a hospital receiving donations, or as a business willing to donate in exchange for publicity. 

Application Steps for Hospitals:

1. Email operationsmileofficial@gmail.com and let us know what donations would help you the most.

2. Wait up to 10 business days for a response.

3. We will then match you with a chapter that is excited to fundraise for your needs!

Application Steps for Businesses:

1. Fill out the Interest Form 

2. Wait up to 10 business days for a response 

3. Send us the logo you would like to have advertized on our website & on select fliers 

4. That's it!
