The iPad application SCORE IT helps students with ADHD self-monitor their behavior by asking them to reflect on their attentiveness through questions like “Did I listen to others?” that pop up on their screen at timed intervals. This helps students with ADHD to self-regulate and has been proven to improve academic engagement (Vogelgesang, Bruhn, Coghill-Behrends, Kern, and Troughton 2016).
