As cabin crew, we are often the first line of contact with our passengers. It is up to us to portray a professional image to the public.
How we present ourselves is an important part of how the public view AlMasria as a company and brand.
AlMasria uniform should only be worn at work and whilst travelling to and from work. There are times however, when due to convenience we may find ourselves in a public place wearing our uniform when not at work. Under these circumstances you are still a representative of AlMasria and the uniform standards must be adhered to.
When in uniform, it is the responsibility of each individual to appear and behave in a dignified and civilized manner. The impression made by the cabin crew members to the public is of the utmost importance to the Company.
Any individual in uniform, while on or off duty, who in any way reflects discredit upon the Company by his/her behavior will be subject to disciplinary action.
Winter uniform to be worn from the last Sunday of October to the last Saturday of March.
Summer uniform be worn from the last Sunday of March to the last Saturday of October.
A Cabin Crew rank is identified by stripes for male and stars for female cabin crew members.
Jackets are to be worn in winter on all routes.
Jackets are to be worn in a dignified manner, pockets (if applicable) shall not bulge.
All Cabin crew are required to visibly display their Identification Card when on duty within the restricted zone at an airport.
During the winter season, full winter uniform (i.e. Jackets ON) is to be worn during boarding or disembarkation on all flights.
The Corporation badge and wings shall be worn on the left side.
The length of the skirt must be 5 cm. below the knee and no alterations to the hemline or the original style is to be made.

Airhostesses shall not clip their I. D. Cards on their skirts / trousers.
Trousers shall be worn at waist level and not as a hipster.
All Air Hostesses operating KSA flights shall wear trousers.

Uniform blouses to be tucked into the trousers, tights of knee length shall be worn to avoid static and the pockets shall be kept empty (not bulging). Navy/dark, blue, grey or black sheer tights may be worn while wearing trousers only.
The blouse is to be worn with the button at the neckline closed, unless the scarf is worn inside in which case only the top button shall be opened.
In case the blouse is worn with the first button closed, the scarf shall be worn properly at the collar. A spare blouse is to be carried.
The blouse shall be tucked into the skirt, and shall be hand washed and properly ironed.
Long sleeved blouse to be worn when operating flights to KSA and to be carried when on Airport Standby duty.
A short-sleeved cotton T-shirt must be worn under the uniform blouse to avoid body odor.
Islamic veil is accepted after management approval abiding by the style and colors for the veil set by the management.
The scarf shall be worn at all times when in uniform. It may be worn along with the apron.
The apron for air hostesses shall be clean/well ironed and the name plate shall be worn on the left side.
The apron shall be worn from seat belt sign off after take off till seat belt sign on for landing
Tights Must be plain, matt in skin tone (neutral, beige or tan), grey or black sheer and worn at all times when in uniform.
Navy/dark blue tights may be worn while wearing trousers only.
Constantly check for holes and ladders
Knee-highs are permitted when using trousers.
Ankle length socks are not permitted with trousers
Always carry a spare pair of tights
Shoes are to be black, leather and of a classical type (no other material is permitted i.e. velvet, suede, fabric, shiny or patent leather, etc.).
The heel of the uniform shoes must not be less than 5 cm. and must not exceed 7 cm.
Platform shoes (cabin shoes) may be worn during service but not permitted during embarkation and disembarkation.
Fancy, pointed toes styles, big buckles, straps, bulky and sports type soles are not allowed.
Must be well polished and in good condition

Change to ground shoes when seat belt sign is turned on for landing.
The belt shall be worn at all times. It shall be passed through the loops of the skirt/ trouser.
Overcoat is to be carried on all International routes in winter and shall be worn in a dignified manner and not to be placed on the luggage carrier/trolley. It shall be dry cleaned only and well pressed. The scarf is to be worn with the overcoat.
The hand bag shall be carried in a dignified manner and kept clean.
No decorative ornaments are to be hung from the handbag.
The name tag, supplied on the side of the handbag shall have all personal details completed.
The woolen vest shall be dry cleaned and well pressed. The vest must not be worn under the apron.
The following items of jewelry may be worn when in uniform:
Engagement/Wedding ring or two simple rings.
Maximum of 2 simple bracelets and shall not be of a thick design. No hanging objects or charms.
Anklets are not permitted.
Very simple necklaces may be worn inside the blouse/shirt. Any religious signs or threads shall not be visible. Necklaces with names are not allowed.
Watches shall be simple. Bright colored, fancy/bulky watches are not permitted.
Only those badges, emblems/logos supplied by the Company are permitted to be worn on the uniform.
All cabin crew are required to wear a watch to work. Moderate size, plain design (no diamonds or colored stones) watches are only accepted. Novelty, sports and ‘bling’ watches are not permitted.
Female Cabin Crew with pierced ears are required to wear earrings.
Only one must be worn in the lower earlobe.
Only plain yellow gold, or white pearls are allowed.
Only round stud shape allowed.
Plain design Must not exceed 1cm in diameter
CLEAR Contact lenses only.
No colored lenses allowed.
The Trolley Bag shall, always, be kept clean and the cabin crew label shall always be attached to it. No stickers are allowed on the suitcase. The following items shall always be carried in the suitcase:
Extra Aprons.
Toilet Kit, Sewing Kit, Shoe Shine Kit.
Flat shoes.
Spare tights and Spare blouse.
Set of civilian clothes (in case of unscheduled night-stop).
Quick Reference Booklet.
Stickers are not allowed on cabin crew luggage, except for those provided by the Company.
Coat covers must not be over-filled/bulky.
Extra baggage is not permitted to be carried and only those issued by the Company i.e. small and large suitcases which shall not be bulky or over stuffed with items.

Only the shirt supplied by the Company is to be worn.
All buttons shall be closed and the Corporation badge and wings shall be worn on the left side of the shirt as well as the epaulet of rank.

Only the necktie supplied by the company is to be worn when in uniform.
It shall be properly tied at the collar and not loosely worn, shall be kept clean and well pressed.
Only that supplied by the Corporation is to be worn.
Only to be worn under the winter jacket.
Raincoat is to be carried on international routes in winter and shall be worn in a dignified manner, buttoned and not thrown over the shoulders.
Raincoat shall be dry cleaned and well pressed.
White T-Shirt, preferably in cotton, is to be worn under the uniform shirt.
Plain, dark socks (no patterns).
The shoes must be black in colour, plain and classical type of leather only. Any other type of material is not permitted i.e. velvet, suede, fabric, shiny, etc. Fancy or big buckles are not allowed.
Fancy or big buckles or straps and bulky, platform, sports type soles are not allowed.
The following items of jewelry may be worn when in uniform:
Simple wrist watch. Bright colored and fancy watches are not allowed.

One bracelet may be worn provided that it is simple and not of thick pattern/design.

The small suit case shall, always, be carried on all flights. It shall be kept clean and the cabin crew label/name tag shall always be attached to it. Extra shirt.
Shaving Kit, Toilet Kit, Sewing Kit, Shoe Shine Kit, Torch.
One set civilian clothes.
Stickers are not allowed on cabin crew luggage, except for those provided by the Company.
Coat covers must not be over-filled/bulky.
Extra baggage is not permitted to be carried and only those issued by the Company i.e. small and large suitcases which shall not be bulky or over stuffed with items.
