I have been a bi-weekly volunteer at the Moscow Public Library for the past two years. As a volunteer I shelved library books and worked with the children’s director at the library to help plan events. For example, I helped every Tuesday with children to do the “Wonder Wizards” program. This was really fun and amazing and something I plan to continue to do while a student at University of Idaho.

I volunteered as a camp counselor at warm beach special friends camp which is a summer camp for adults with special needs. My job was to be a companion to these individuals and provide them with as fun of an experience as possible.
