Organizational culture and value are the things that make our company special and different from others. They show us how we should act and work together. 

They also help us get some good results, like:

• Being more happy and more involved in our work: What our company wants us to do and why, we feel more excited and interested in our work.

• Staying longer in our company: Our company treats us well and cares about us, we don’t want to leave it. This makes it easier for our company to find and keep good workers.

• Working better and faster: The company gives us what we need to do our job well, we can work more smoothly and quickly with our teammates who have the same skills and goals as us.

• Having a good image and reputation: Our company looks good and does good things, it attracts more people who want to buy from us or work for us.

• Becoming loyal fans of our company: Our company has a strong culture, it makes us love our company and its products or services more. We want to tell others how great our company is.

• Following the rules and doing the right thing: Company has clear values and standards that tell us what is good and bad, it helps us avoid doing things that could hurt our company or ourselves.
