Having a good image and reputation: Our company looks good and does good things, it attracts more people who want to buy from us or work for us.
Becoming loyal fans of our company: Our company has a strong culture, it makes us love our company and its products or services more. We want to tell others how great our company is.
Following the rules and doing the right thing: Company has clear values and standards that tell us what is good and bad, it helps us avoid doing things that could hurt our company or ourselves.
