Brainstorming is a way of coming up with many different ideas in a short time by working together and being creative. Brainstorming is a useful way of finding solutions to problems, making processes better, and creating new things. I used brainstorming in Lean projects and also in some of my agile product delivery initiatives to make things easier, faster, and better.
Some of the good things about brainstorming in lean are :
Find out why things go wrong and how to fix them by using tools like fishbone diagrams, affinity diagrams, and interrelationship diagrams.
Include and listen to our team members and customers in the improvement process and get their opinions and suggestions.
Think outside the box and look at things from different angles.
Choose the best ideas based on how easy, effective, and satisfying they are.
Make a habit of improving and innovating in our work.
