As well as work with others and you listen to their ideas and suggestions. Kaizen approach is not hard, but it needs practice and patience.
For example, suppose you are a student and you want to improve your grades.
You can try KAIZEN:
Set a goal for yourself, such as getting a higher score on your next test.
Make a plan for how to achieve your goal, such as studying more, asking for help, or joining a study group.
Do your plan and check your progress regularly. If something is not working, change it and try again.
Celebrate your achievements and reward yourself for your efforts.
Keep looking for ways to improve and learn from your mistakes.
