That person is a Scrum Master (Mentor). A scrum master as a mentor would help your team follow agile values/principles, plan your work, guide fix your issues, and get better every time. Sometimes, you also need someone to help other teams and the whole organization use agile and change for the better while developing skills and creative thinking, facing challenges, and reaching goals.

Helps the team and others learn from their experience and knowledge of agile and scrum and as a guardian to Scrum Guide.
Give the team and others useful advice and feedback to help them improve their work
Helps the team work by themselves and with each other by teaching them how to think and act agile
Helps the team solve problems and face difficulties by sharing their ideas and views
Shows the team and others how to work agile and encourages them to do the same
