Scrum Master as The Facilitator

As a Scrum Master, I help my team to collaborate better on our goals and towards value. I always ensured everyone is talking to each other and that our meetings are useful and fun. I helped my team use tools and methods that make our work easier and faster. For example, I used a miro board, click-up, burndown, and burnup charts to see our progress or a timer to keep our discussions short. A good Scrum Master is someone who listens to the team and helps them to overcome challenges and achieve what they want.

From my experience few ways in which the Scrum Master acts as The Facilitator

Guide team to work together and achieve their goals
Help navigate your team to have productive and effective meetings
Facilitates not only the regular meetings in the scrum but also any other meeting that needs a good decision by the team
Do not tell the team what to do or what to think but rather helps them think for themselves and work well with each other
Teach the team to deal with difficult topics or new ideas
