Imagine you are making a Product with your friends. You have a big idea of what you want to make, but you don’t know how to do it. You need someone to help you and your friends work together and learn new things. That person is a scrum master.
A scrum master is like a coach who helps you and your friends use scrum. Scrum is a way of making products that is fun and easy. A scrum master helps you and your friends to plan your work, check your progress, and improve your skills. A scrum master does not tell you what to do or give you the answers. A scrum master asks you questions, listens to you, gives you feedback, challenges you, helps you find your mistakes, values, and goals, and helps you focus on what is important. A scrum master helps you and your friends to learn and grow by yourselves.
