As a Scrum Master, I don’t just do a job, but I live a philosophy. I show my team and my organization how to work better with Scrum and how to adapt to change. I challenge the old ways of doing things and help the organization to become more flexible and customer-oriented. I create a culture where people work together, give and receive feedback, and improve every day. I help navigate for the change to happen.
