As an agile coach, I strive to be a servant leader who puts people first and helps them achieve their full potential. I practice listening, empathy, awareness, stewardship, commitment to growth, building community, influence, and facilitation as the key attributes of servant leadership. These attributes help me to build trust, rapport, and understanding with my team and stakeholders, foster a culture of learning, feedback, and improvement, motivate others to act in alignment with the shared vision and values and ensure quality, clarity, and agreement of the work.
I believe that servant leadership is not only a philosophy but also a set of practices that I can apply in my daily work to make a positive difference.
