- Agile Alliance Coaching Code of Ethics
As an agile coach, I need to have different skills and knowledge that help me support and guide people, teams, and organizations in using agile methods. The agile coaching competency framework is a wheel shape with nine parts that represent the different aspects of agile coaching. The framework does reflect on my strengths and weaknesses and so to plans my learning journey as an agile coach. The nine parts of the wheel are the nine main skills that anyone can master to become a successful agile coach.
