As an agile coach, I help teams and organizations adopt agile principles and values. I do this by using different coaching stances, meeting the team a half-step ahead, acting as a trusted advisor, following through on my actions, experimenting with different practices, teaching and mentoring others, sharing the knowledge with the community, developing and delivering training, applying critical thinking, and practicing appreciative theory. These are the characteristics that I believe make me an effective and professional agile coach.
