Thanks to everyone who participated in the poll to determine the design of our new neighborhood entrance signs and the volunteers who participated in the work party to install them.
New “Welcome to Wildwood” neighborhood entrance signs were installed in December 2019. WNA received a $1,500 matching grant from the City of Olympia to defray the cost of replacing the signs. Local artist Ira Coyne designed and produced two cedar wood signs, which were installed by volunteers. A poll was conducted to help select the final design of the new sign from two options at our National Neighborhood Night Out BBQ/potluck on August 6. Neighbors who missed the BBQ had an opportunity to make their selection by email.
